Once your network is established you have the task of ongoing maintenance to consider.  We highly recommend that our clients take advantage of our affordable month to month service agreements.  Service agreements ensure that your hardware is monitored, software updated and disaster recovery plan is working.  One of our technicians will visit your site periodically to check server event logs, apply software updates and patches, test the backup solution and troubleshoot any problems you may be experiencing.  Clients who have a service agreement are better able to plan for and manage their IT expenses.  Additionally, we can remotely connect to your network using your broadband connection and perform remote troubleshooting, offer user assistance and monitor systems.

The other option is to wait for something to go wrong then call for help - the break and fix technique.  By the time this happens it may be too late.  Data may be lost forever due to viruses, hardware or backup failure.  Combined downtime, repair and recovery costs that might have been avoided will ultimately result in a higher total cost of ownership.
